Hours and Location

Daily Hours:

Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

All patients are encouraged to schedule an appointment. There may be extended wait times for "work-in" appointments.

After Clinic Hours:

A provider is "on call" for consultation 24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends.

Call 901-448-5630 to contact the answering service or to leave a message. If on campus and you have an emergency, call 901-448-4444 for transportation to the emergency room.

Same Day Appointments for UT students:

Same day appointments are available for acute care issues.

Our offices are on the ninth floor of 910 Madison, Plaza Building, Suite
922. Parking is available in a lot to the east of the Plaza Buildings. UHS
is able to provide parking coupons to cover up to 3 hours at UHS.
