Qualtrics/Question Pro

QuestionPro and Qualtrics are web-based survey services. They provide a way to easily create surveys, collect and store data, and produce reports. Note that Qualtrics will no longer be available after September 30, 2019.

Getting Started

QuestionPro is available to all UTHSC faculty, staff, and students. To learn more about Question Pro, you can visit https://oit.utk.edu/research/websurveys/ to learn more information and Log into your UT QuestionPro account to start creating surveys.

If you have any questions, links to tutorials and help pages are readily available at https://oit.utk.edu/research/websurveys/.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The UT system contract with Qualtrics will cease September 30, 2019. UTHSC faculty can access Qualtics until this date using this link.  UTHSC is in the process of migrating its enterprise site license from Qualtrics to QuestionProFaculty, staff, and students can log in to QuestionPro using their NetID and password.

All data, analyses and reports will need to be downloaded/exported before that date. Instructions are provided at the bottom of this page for downloading/exporting your: 1) Data and Analyses; 2) Reports and; 3) Survey.
