Apple Store Help


  1. Please go to https://myaccess.apple.com.
  2. Click on the Sign Up button.
  3. Locate your Institution (account# 34706). Click Next.
  4. Choose your school from the list. Click Next.
  5. Agree to the Terms Click Next.
  6. Fill out the password and security questions etc... Click Next.
  7. Verify the information and click Submit.
  8. NEXT:
  9. Log into the account.
  10. Click on Applications under Home on the left panel. Choose Request Access.
  11. Click Apple Online Store - Click Next.
  12. Click your school - Click Next.
  13. Click on Role and choose Proposer.
  14. Add Managers Name, which should be the Business Manager in your department, and Business Manager's Email. Click Next.
  15. Verify information and click Submit.
  16. You will receive and email saying, "Welcome to the Online Store" to the email you used to register. We expect the response time to be approximately 24 hours.
  17. Once you have received the Welcome Email, go back to Applications and double click on Apple Online Store (AOS) to enter your store.
  18. Support: If you encounter any registration issues, please send an email to user.support@apple.com or call 1-800-800-2775, option 6.
