Oluwaseyi Adeleye, MD

Bio
Dr. Adeleye has spent most of his life living in Memphis, TN and loves the city to his core. He recently got engaged to his girlfriend of six years and they are excited to tackle this journey together.  They have a golden doodle named Beau and they are looking forward to the long walks and the fun with their dog that they will share. Dr. Adeleye is working on improving his sketching skills when he has free time, and hopes to continue to do so in residency. If you see him doing a quick sketch of you, don’t be alarmed. He also enjoys competitive sports and loves making new friends. He has plenty of food recommendations and would be happy to share!

Erika Anderson, MD

Bio
Dr. Anderson was and raised in Trenton, NJ. She received her undergraduate degree in African Studies and Sociology from University of Pennsylvania while on a pre-med track. She graduated with her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, now in Barbados. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and playing with her nieces and nephews. She loves reading, dancing, singing, writing poetry, and blogging. Erika is excited to join the Le Bonheur team and looks forward to caring for and dancing with the children of Memphis.

Laila Annamer, MD

Bio
Dr. Annamer grew up in Knights Landing, CA. She graduated from Freed-Hardman University with a BS in Biology and then continued her medical education at Meharry Medical College.. She enjoys reading, watching shows and anything Marvel, DC, and anime related. Laila is excited to meet new people in Memphis and figure out which Harry Potter house her fellow residents belong to. She looks forward to continuing the next chapter of her life at UTHSC and Le Bonheur Hospital.

Johni Armstrong, MD

Bio
Dr. Armstrong has lived in Tennessee her entire life and was raised in Dyersburg, TN. She attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN for a BS in Biology and attended medical school at UTHSC in Memphis. During her college years, she worked at a Boys and Girls Club where she found  that she had a passion for working with kids. Outside of medicine, she enjoys baking, reading, trying new restaurants with her boyfriend, and exercising.

Josephine Bolin, DO

Bio
Dr. Bolin grew up in Lawrenceburg, TN and attended UT-Chattanooga (go Mocs!) for her undergraduate degree where she received a BS in Pre-Professional Biology and minors in Spanish and Religious studies. After graduation, she moved to Nashville to be closer to home and scribed for a year. She then moved to South Carolina for medical school and attended Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is happy to be back home in her home state of Tennessee and excited to explore Memphis. In her free time, she can be found trying restaurants around town, working out, or hanging out with her cat, Binx, while watching TV or reading. She is excited to continue her training at Le Bonheur.

Kathryne Foos, MD

Bio
Dr. Foos was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. She comes to Memphis as a double-Lobo after attending the University of Ne Mexico for both undergraduate and medical school. She majored in Biology and Spanish with time spent in Ecuador and Spain. A gymnast since age 4, she loves any chance to be active whether in a CrossFit class or handstanding in front of travel landmarks. She can’t wait to explore the Memphis food scene, catch some Grizzlies and Redbirds games, and wander the city with her dog, Adobe.

Kathryn Harbin, MD

Bio
Dr. Harbin is a Georgia native, born and raised in Dalton, GA. She pursued her interests in biological sciences and bio-psychology at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA before attending medical school at the Medical College of Georgia Partnership with University of Georgia. She has a particular love and interest in Neonatology and early childhood development– with a passion for partnering with parents to elevate experiences for babies’ neurodevelopmental health. She enjoys her time road-tripping with her fiancé Tanner Martin, across the US and exploring various cities and national parks. She also enjoys being active outside with tennis, running, hiking, and kayaking. On a rainy day you can find her baking up a storm with her favorite bread and cake recipes, of which, white chocolate Oreo cheesecake is her family’s favorite!

Joel Harris, MD

Bio
Dr. Harris was born and raised in Springboro, Ohio, a suburb of Dayton. He is proudly a Buckeye and attended the Ohio State University for undergrad where he studied biology and Classical Greek Myth. He continued his move North to attend medical school at Northeast Ohio Medical University. When he is not in the hospital, Dr. Harris can be found on a local golf course, playing chess, or watching football, where he roots for his Ohio State Buckeyes and Green Bay Packers.

Kevin Lee, MD

Bio
Dr. Lee was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. He graduated from UTC where he received his BS in Biochemistry with a minor in biology. As a life-long Tennessean, he moved to Memphis and went to UTHSC for his medical education. In his free time, he loves to spend time with friends and family and is always down for anything, especially video games. He loves to travel and try local foods. Kevin is excited to stay in Memphis and start working with all the great people at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital.

Bio
Dr. Liu was born and raised in Augusta, GA. She completed her BS in Cell and Molecular Biology at Augusta University and continued onto medical school at the Medical College of Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys exploring local restaurants and coffee shops, building her succulent collection, and spending time with her family. Elise is excited to explore the city of Memphis and start her training at Le Bonheur.

Nicolle Losada, DO

Bio
Dr. Losada was born and raised in sunny Miami, FL with her older sister Marissa, and her parents Barbara and Libert. They are a proud Cuban family! She received her BS in Biology from Florida State University and her MS in Biomedical Sciences from Drexel University. After her graduate studies, she did a bit of soul searching in New York City where she worked as a research assistant at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She then moved to Jonesboro, Arkansas to attend NYITCOM for medical school. She has been calling Memphis her home for the last few years and is absolutely thrilled to continue her medical career in Memphis and at Le Bonheur. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Greg, her future stepson, Maddox, their cat, Plum, and the newest addition to their family—a goldendoodle puppy named Potato.

Christine Lu, MD

Bio
Dr. Lu graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a minor in psychology. She then attended medical school at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys listening to Taylor Swift, baking, and playing with other people’s cats, although she is quite allergic to them. Dr. Lu spent the majority of her childhood in Memphis, TN, where both her brother and siter were born, and where she is very excited to return for her pediatric residency.

Tanner Martin, MD

Bio
Dr. Martin was born in West Point, GA, and went to undergrad at Auburn University. After graduation, he attended the Medical College of Georgia at the Athens campus. Nothing is set in stone, but he is currently interested in hematology/oncology and is very interested to rotate through St. Jude! Dr. Martin couples matched with his fiancé Kathryn who is in the same UTHSC Pediatrics intern class. He loves to play tennis, watch new movies, and go hiking in his free time.  He is excited to join the awesome UTHSC family and live in the land of BBQ and the almighty Bass Pro Pyramid.

Aamir Momin, MD

Bio
Dr. Momin was born and raised in Parkland, FL. He graduated from the University of Miami with a BS in Biochemistry. He then attended medical school at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He enjoys spending his free time in the outdoors playing beach volleyball or disc golf. Aamir also enjoys cooking and has recently gotten into hiking. He is excited to join the Memphis community and appreciate the city’s music culture.

Jacob Mullins, MD

Bio
Dr. Mullins was raised in Ramer, TN. He attended the university of Memphis where he received a BS in Biology. He stayed in Memphis and attended medical school at UTHSC. This is where he fell in love with Pediatrics and Le Bonheur. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs, going to live sporting evets, trying out new restaurants and brunch spots, and trying new recipes on the grill. Jacob could not be more excited to continue training in Memphis at Le Bonheur!

Dr. Myers grew up in Smithfield, VA and attended the Governor’s School for the Arts as a ballet major. She attended the University of South Carolina as an Exercise Science major and member of the Carolina Coquettes Dance Team. She then studied at USC for medical school on an Air Force scholarship. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, trivia nights, watching USC football, and making charcuterie boards. She is so excited for new adventures and taking care of kiddos in Memphis!

Dr. Odens grew up in Chattanooga, TN, where he attended high school and also graduated from his undergraduate at Southern Adventist University with a BS in Biochemistry. He then moved to the other side of the state and completed his MD at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. When he is not working, he enjoys soccer, trying new restaurants, listening to new music recommendations, playing video games, and watching anime.

Nicole O'Malley Sanford, MD

Bio
Dr. O’Malley was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She graduated from Furman University where she received her BS in Psychology. She then moved back to Memphis to earn her MD at UTHSC. While in medical school, she married her husband Philip and had her first daughter, Scout. In her free time, Nicole enjoys hot yoga, exploring new restaurants with her husband, and of course trying to keep up with her little one and their Great Dane, Delta. With her father having worked as a physician at Le there and having had received medical care there herself as a child, Nicole is thrilled to be continuing her training at a place so dear to her heart as Le Bonheur.

Mayank Pahuja, MD

Bio
Dr. Pahuja comes from a native Indian family and grew up in and around New Delhi. He completed his medical school at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sunsets at the beach, exploring new cultures, dancing to Bollywood tunes, and simply spending time with his loved ones. A culinary aficionado, he loves to cook and experiment in the kitchen as well. He believes that life, like this profession, is a journey of everlasting learning and he loves doing so. He is looking forward to spending his time purposefully in Memphis and the residency.

Emma Selner, DO

Bio
Dr. Selner was born and raised in Denver, CO. She graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN with a BS in Biology. She worked as a researcher in the Cell and Molecular Biology Department at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital before attending medical school at Kansas City University. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, gardening, exploring breweries,  and watching hockey (sorry, folks, she’s a Colorado Avalanche fan). Emma is thrilled to return to Memphis and become a member of the Le Bonheur family as she continues her training in Memphis.

Dr. Sentilles grew up in Memphis, TN She attended Tulane University where she received her BS in Biomedical Engineering. She moved back to Memphis to attend medical school at UTHSC and could not be more excited about staying in Memphis for residency! In her free time, she enjoys running, pickleball, reading, and trying new restaurants around town.

Dr. Singh was born and raised in New Delhi, India. He received his MBBS degree from BFUHS, Punjab, India. Following graduation, he joined Mayo Clinic as a Research fellow in Critical Care Medicine. In his free time, he loves to bike and also fond of swimming and endurance runs.

Bio

Dr. Taylor was born and raised in Birmingham, AL. She obtained her BS from Auburn University (War Eagle!) and then returned home to attend UAB School of Medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her cat (Kiwi), building jigsaw puzzles, going to the lake, and spending time with her friends and family. Herron is so excited to join the team at Le Bonheur for her pediatric residency!

Dr. Thomas was born and raised in Apex, NC. He completed his BS in Biological Science at North Carolina State University. He then attended Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is stoked to have matched at UTHSC. In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his wife, go for long distance runs, have bible study with his friends, and now he is excited to explore all that Memphis has to offer.

Dr. Young was raised in Chattanooga, TN. She graduated with her BS in Psychology at the University of TN at Chattanooga. She then went to medical school at Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic medicine. She enjoys reading, art, and spending time with her friends, family, and dogs. Safiyya Zaidi, MD

Bio
Dr. Zaidi grew up in Katy, TX and attended college at the University of Houston close to her hometown. She graduated from UT Austin Dell Medical School in 2023. She chose to pursue medicine because of her experience volunteering at Texas Children’s Hospital and observing a life-saving fetal surgery while shadowing. She enjoys reading academic texts in her faith, revisiting favorite childhood book series, ice skating, and facetiming friends.
