Dr. Marion Donohoe

Dr. Marion Donohoe is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner caring for infants, children and adolescents since 1998. Her work in Memphis and South Africa with the Pediatric AIDS Clinical Group and in Peru addressing violence toward children fueled her passion and commitment for Public Health Nursing.  Dr. Donohoe is an energetic leader within the Memphis community focusing on the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) on health disparities. She conduct simulations for students and health providers that enhance their understanding of the challenges faced by populations with limited resources and their healthcare practices.

Kathy Gaffney

Kathy Gaffney has been a certified pediatric nurse practitioner since 1972. She has worked as a PMHCNS at Greater Trenton Community Mental Health Center (now, Oaks Integrated Care) since 2001. She does Psychiatric evaluations, medication prescribing and therapy in an urban, underserved area. She has also worked in Integrated Mental Health Care at a FQHC and has worked in the community to address the issues of trauma and ACES and the effect of ACES on the families she serves.

Dr. Wendy Likes

Dr. Wendy Likes has been a certified family nurse practitioner since 1999 with most of her experience in gynecologic oncology and lower genital tract disease. For the last 12 years, she has led the Center for HPV and Dysplasia performing colposcopy, vulvoscopy, and high resolution anoscopy. Dr. Likes serves as a colposcopy mentor for the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology

Dr. Laura Melaro

Dr. Laura Melaro has been a certified family nurse practitioner since 1988 and a psychiatric mental nurse practitioner since 2008.  Her experience encompasses primary and inpatient/outpatient mental health services care services. For the last two years, she has been a consultant and practitioner for Hardeman County Community Health Center and its affiliates in the development and provision of integrated behavioral health and telehealth services.

Dr. Allyson Neal

Dr. Allyson Neal has been a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 1996, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2010, and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist since 2011 with most of her experience in child and adolescent mental health. Dr. Neal currently practices in community mental health in Sevier County, Tennessee. 

Dr. Stephanie Nikbakht

Dr. Stephanie Nikbakht has been a certified pediatric nurse practitioner since 2009 with most of her experience in pediatric medical genetics, specifically, inborn errors of metabolism. Previously she practiced at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital with childhood cancer survivors.

Dr. Diane Pace

Dr. Diane Pace has been a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 1976. Much of her experience over the last 20 years has been focused in women’s health. She is a Certified Menopause Practitioner through the North American Menopause Society where she also was the first APRN to serve as President of the organization. For the last 8 years, she has practiced at the Methodist Teaching Practice in Memphis, an Internal Medicine Practice providing Primary Care and Women’s Health Care focusing on Menopause and Sexual Health.

Dr. Laura Reed

Dr. Laura Reed has been a certified family nurse practitioner since 1990 with most of her experience in internal medicine and chronic disease management. She has practiced in a variety of clinical settings including the post-transplant clinic and most recently, an internal medicine practice.

Dr. Nina Sublette

Dr. Nina Sublette has been a certified family nurse practitioner since 1999 with most of her experience in infectious diseases and high risk maternal fetal medicine. She has a clinical practice at UT-ROP, where she sees HIV-positive women for prenatal care, post-op /postpartum care, HIV management, and family planning services. She is certified as an Advanced HIV/AIDS Certified Nurse.

Shaquita Starks

Shaquita Starks has been a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through ANCC since 2008 with much of her experience in general family medicine and gastroenterology. Shaquita was certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through ANCC in 2016. For the last 3 years she has practiced psychiatric mental health nursing in community psychiatric outpatient clinics and in a crisis stabilization unit operated by Alliance Healthcare Services in Memphis, TN. She currently practices at the Chamberlin Clinic, an outpatient psychiatric facility in Cordova, TN.

Dr. Crystal Walker

Dr. Crystal Walker has been certified as a family nurse practitioner since 2015. She currently practices at Regional One Health in the Adult Special Care Center as an HIV primary care provider.
