Entry into Professional Nursing Practice
The Master of Science in Nursing CNL program at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center prepares students for initial licensure as registered nurses and certification as a CNL. The curriculum provides nurses with a foundation to improve patient and institutional outcomes through lateral integration at the point of care, evidence-based practice, and outcomes based decision-making. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will have an in-depth understanding of front-line care systems that promote safety, error reduction and quality improvement in the direct care of patients with complex health problems.
