Windows Desktop Computers

For laptops, tablets and phones, wireless access has become much easier. Beginning June 3rd, all users can "just choose UTHSC" for your wireless network access.  Faculty and staff users will be required to update their NAC agent for continued network access.

For Windows based desktop computers, all necessary configuration information has been pushed out via Active Directory and the only action required by the end user will be to download an updated NAC agent when prompted to do so on the day their building is switched over to the new servers.  This updated NAC agent is required for continued network access.


Tech support staff will be on hand in your building the day of the cut over to assist those who need help. The Help Desk will also be available and can be reached at 448-2222.
