Description: The Department of Ophthalmology at the Hamilton Eye Institute, University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, TN is expanding and seeks an outstanding full-time faculty member specializing in ocular pathology, oculoplastic, ocular oncology, retina, uveitis, glaucoma and/or cornea.

Willingness to participate in comprehensive ophthalmology is a plus but not required. We are seeking an outstanding individual who is board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Candidates must possess an M.D. degree and be eligible for Tennessee licensure. Duties will include sharing responsibility with existing faculty for didactic and clinical training of residents and fellows as well as clinical care of patients at faculty practice sites. Interest in research with opportunities to partner with the VA and St. Jude and collaborate with current research throughout UTHSC and HEI.

The University of Tennessee provides a compensation package that includes a competitive salary, fringe benefits, and private practice allowance.
