Description: Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics, an investigative unit within the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy, invites applications for a twelve-month, full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the assistant, associate, or full professor level. UT College of Pharmacy is committed to the improvement of efficacy and safety of drug therapy through basic, translational, and clinical research. Our faculty are engaged in competitive, cutting-edge science as well as education and training of Pharm.D. and Ph.D. students, fellows, and post-doctoral trainees.
Applications will be accepted from scientists engaged in basic, translational, and clinical therapeutics-based research. Candidates with established research programs are highly encouraged to apply. The successful candidate is expected to have an earned doctorate (Pharm.D., Ph.D., or equivalent), the ability to acquire sustained extramural funding, a commitment to excellence in teaching and strong oral and written communication skills. This position offers excellent laboratory facilities and a competitive start-up package.
