Description: The University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine is seeking applications for a full-time faculty position in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Responsibilities include didactic education and clinical teaching of residents, patient care and research. Academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. An impressive reimbursement and benefits package exists for all full-time faculty.

The candidate should have an interest in major oral and maxillofacial surgery with a particular interest in maxillofacial trauma surgery with the intention of directing clinical and research activities within this discipline. Active participation in trauma call management will be required and the administrative reorganization of the maxillofacial trauma initiative will be expected.

The University of Tennessee Medical Center is a tertiary care academic medical center with a level 1 Trauma Center. Candidates must be eligible to acquire a license to practice dentistry and/or medicine in the state of Tennessee.
