Longevity Pay

After 36-months of service, the employee will receive $100 for each year of service up to the maximum which is $3,000 for 30 years of service.

Part-time employees who are 82.05% or more are eligible to receive this benefit after completing 36 full-time equivalent (FTE) months of service.
