Course Description

Practice profitability is one of the cornerstones of Coaching. Join Angie as she explores the best ways to grow your business without spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on marketing or doing things that make you feel absurd and look desperate. In today's world of insurance dependency, shrinking margins and pricing pushback; there are still three ways to skyrocket your practice's earnings. These strategies will work for both single-doctor and multiple-doctor practices, and the learning objectives can be utilized by the entire team.

  1. How to increase new patients and referrals with the most recent technology and social media outlets, and how to organize your referral requests
  2. The right things to say on the phone to decrease no-shows, short notice cancellations and improve your confirmation effectiveness (scripts provided)
  3. How to improve reactivation efforts and recare percentages with proven strategies that can also work collaboratively with your current patient contact suite (DemandForce/Lighthouse360/SolutionReach)
  4. How to communicate with anyone, so they connect with you more quickly
  5. How to ask the right questions to effectively sell more dentistry, gain permission for follow-up and increase patient relationships
  6. The top three tools of influence and how you can use them in your practice's daily operations

Leave this three-hour course with the scripts, forms, tools and understanding to start growing your practice on Monday - without benefit of hiring a consultant. *It is specifically suggested that key administrative staff attend this meeting, so they can hear how verbiage is phrased in real-time.*

"A man has to know his limitations."- Harry Callahan

Credits: 2 Hours

$60.00/per person, with a 30% Discount ($42.00/per person) for those also registered for the morning Practice Collections course.

Course Description

As our patient population gets older and more and more pharmaceuticals become available, the potential for dental office emergencies increases. The content of the elaborate emergency kits that is available in many instances overshoots the mark from the standpoint of the provider's knowledge and skills. This presentation will focus on a basic simplistic approach to treating emergencies in the dental office that requires a minimal armamentarium and will be easily applied by your office staff.
