UTHSC Campus Recreation offers many opportunities to carry out a wellness oriented lifestyle whether it is through group fitness, personal training, incentive programs, seminars, or even solo workouts. We greatly encourage you to live your life to its healthiest while taking part in these enjoyable activities that allow you to enhance yourself through the company of others, connect mentally and reach your physical goals.
